01General Terms and Platform Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the phph7 website and gaming platform, including all related services, features, and content made available through phph7.vu. By accessing or using any part of the phph7 platform, you confirm that you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

phph7 provides an online gaming and sports betting platform for Filipino players. The platform is operated for entertainment purposes. Real money gaming involves financial risk, and phph7 does not guarantee any winnings, profits, or returns from any game or bet placed on the platform.

02Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use a phph7 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had a phph7 account suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or restricted player registry.

phph7 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and address at any stage of the registration or verification process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of account access or cancellation of pending withdrawals.

Each player may hold only one active account. If phph7 discovers that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, or device — phph7 may close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals linked to those accounts.

03Account Security and Responsibility

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phph7 login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered contact details. phph7 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

Any activity that occurs under your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact phph7 support immediately.

phph7 uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. However, you are also responsible for ensuring that the device you use to access phph7 is reasonably secure and free from malware or unauthorised software.

04Deposits and Payments

All deposits on phph7 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform supports deposits via GCash, Maya, and Philippine online banking and mobile banking channels. phph7 does not accept deposits via credit card or cryptocurrency.

Deposits are credited to your phph7 account once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your financial institution.

• Only deposit funds that you can afford to spend on entertainment.
• Deposits must come from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• phph7 reserves the right to return a deposit to its source and request an alternative payment method if a mismatch is detected.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

phph7 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees applied by your bank or e-wallet provider.

05Withdrawals and Payout Processing

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through your phph7 account. All withdrawals are processed in Philippine Peso to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, phph7 requires identity verification. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and in some cases proof of your payment method. This is a standard procedure and is required for all players.

• Withdrawals are processed during standard operating hours. Processing times depend on the payment method selected.
• phph7 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they have entered the processing stage.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in your account.

06Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and games on phph7 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type or sports market. These rules are available within each game or betting section of the platform. In the case of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules take precedence for that game or market.

phph7 offers sports betting across basketball (including PBA and NBA), volleyball, boxing, football, esports, and a range of international competitions. Casino games including slots, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Dragon Tiger are available, along with a live casino section streaming HD table games around the clock.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.
• In the event of a technical fault or data feed error affecting a game or market, phph7 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• phph7 may impose betting limits on individual players or markets at its discretion.
• Results are final once officially confirmed by the relevant sports authority or game provider.

Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or irregularities in any game or market is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of winnings and suspension of your account.

07Bonuses and Promotions

phph7 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and other incentives to players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonuses are credited to your account once the qualifying conditions have been met.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• phph7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are completed.

08Responsible Gaming

phph7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Filipino players. Gaming is meant to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gaming stops being fun or starts affecting your finances, relationships, or daily life, it is important to take action.

phph7 provides the following responsible gaming tools within every account:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session reminders: Receive notifications to help you keep track of time spent on the platform.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform at any time by contacting support.
• Account cooling-off: Take a short break from your account without full self-exclusion.

phph7 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Players who are found to be underage will have their accounts closed immediately and any deposits returned. Access to real money gaming features is not available to minors under any circumstances.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the phph7 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or registering under a false identity.
• Using another person's payment method or account credentials.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or defraud any game, market, or promotion on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.

10Account Suspension and Termination

phph7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• A player is found to have violated these Terms or any applicable game rules.
• phph7 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.
• A player fails to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A player is found to be accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction.
• A self-exclusion request or third-party exclusion order applies to the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, phph7 reserves the right to withhold any balance, bonus funds, or pending withdrawals. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completing standard verification checks.

11Limitation of Liability

phph7 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a stable and reliable service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phph7 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own decision to wager or bet.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or connectivity issues beyond phph7's reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the platform.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers in processing transactions.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippines law.

12Changes to These Terms

phph7 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If a change significantly affects your rights or obligations, phph7 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players in advance. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
